The training itself features a solid amount of volume and intensity, so recovery day to day is critical for sustaining long term training success. In terms of scheduling, this programming features balanced training between Strength, Power, and Power Endurance - five days a week with longer, lower impact cardiovascular effort on Saturday and Sunday as a scheduled Rest Day.
